Refund Policy

Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to Chattahoochee Harwood Flooring within 21 days prior to the start date of a job in order to obtain a full refund of the down payment.

Cancellations made between 21 and 7 days prior to the start date of a job will be subject, but not limited to, a restocking fee of 20% of the down payment.

Cancellations made 7 days or less before the start date of a job are not eligible for a refund of  the down payment.
